Today is World Mental Health Day! It's important to recognise that mental health is just as important as physical health- and prioritising mental health as an issue has been listed as a key tenet by the World Health Organisation (WHO). It's vital that we, as students and future IT professionals pay special attention to our mental health, as we can often neglect it to focus on our academic and professional goals.
