Monash R U OK? Day

We know that uni can be rough sometimes, and so can the tech industry. So from time to time, it's essential for us all to take a look not only at own own mental health, but also that of own friends, family and peers. We're proud to support R U OK? Day for helping to bring this issue into the limelight.

"Are you okay?" A simple yet powerful question that could change someone's day. R U OK Day aims to break the stigma around mental health and empower everyone to connect with the people around them, and start a conversation with anyone who may be struggling. The simplest questions, and the will to actively listen makes all the difference in suicide prevention.

We are running a series of events across all of the campuses for R U OK? Day. See the full schedule here.
