A new device called Resonic™ aims to revolutionize cellulite treatment with the science of sound.  Cellulite - the dimpling of skin, also known as the “orange peel” texture is a skin condition that has plagued at least 90 percent of women. The fat that forms cellulite cannot be reduced even with daily exercise. But now there is a revolutionary treatment to reduce the appearance of cellulite, which Dr Shelton hopes to be the holy grail treatment for the linear horizontal grooves in women’s thighs.

Dr Shelton is thrilled to offer Resonic™ by Soliton because this acoustic treatment is not painful and causes little to no bruising for patients. Resonic™ will probably not produce permanent results and some schedule of maintenance will be necessary as with all other treatments for cellulite.

Why Resonic™?
  • It is completely non-invasive
  • It works to reduce cellulite in just one session and in less than an hour
  • Patients may obtain faster results
  • Bruising is very minimal after the treatment
  • Minimal discomfort and minimal pain.
  • Lesser downtime
  • You can resume normal activities after the treatment.
  • No swelling, no bleeding
  • Treats all skin types and tones
What is Resonic™?

Resonic™ uses the new technology called Rapid Acoustic Pulse (RAP) developed by Soliton, Inc. It is completely different from previous cellulite treatments. It delivers high-energy sound waves at up to 100 pulses per second. These sound waves penetrate the skin, disrupting the fibrous bands releasing them without damaging the outer dermal tissue. This produces a smoother appearance. Resonic™ is the first ever device that can disrupt fibrous bands without damaging the surrounding skin.  Learn more details here >>

During the clinical trials, 93% of women proved that Resonic™ needs only 1 session to provide satisfied results. To obtain optimum results, most patients may require 1 - 3 sessions of Resonic treatments spaced 4 - 6 weeks apart. However, this will vary to each person's needs. Currently, Resonic™ is FDA approved for patients above 22 years old.
