Ross Shares His Thoughts
Dear, Mel & Steve and Staff,
I wanted to wish a huge thank you for treating my family to food today. We all loved the food & and appreciate you making it so special and from your hearts.
I know it is hard not to see everyone, but I' am glad everyone loved the video that I did about Wayne's Drive - In. Someday I would love to volunteer at Wayne's Drive – In! I know how much I love the staff & sharing lives that we impact every day.
I am so glad that Mel's Charities is a great partner with Wayne's Drive-In. Making awesome deliveries from all over to support the local communities, like you did in Grafton at Village Pointe Commons! I bet everyone there was very happy to see a special parade receiving a very yummy lunch from Wayne's.
Thank you for being a special friend to me.

A quick bedtime story for y'all. Last week I got a phone call from a representative of a local charitable organization. A bottomless pit of goodness, grace & selflessness. Not just the organization. All of 'em. Just today ("JUST" fits here because they did it just last week but do it all the time) they organized for a local restaurant (Wayne's Drive-in) to feed the thinned out staff at ravaged (but healing!) Village Pointe Commons with burgers & fries. First gift of food that isn't/wasn't pizza. I have had so much pizza I may never have it again. (LIE. CRAZY TALK). The joy of having a hamburger & pretty good fries was a fun thing to witness the overworked staff devour, as I devoured mine. It was a grateful day at Village Pointe Commons. As you doze, here is the ending. Mel's Charities was the Founder of our feast. Pig Roast. Bowling. You all know him. A good, kind man. Please please please send a few to this great charitable cause. They work wonders. G'night!!!!!

Jolly Good Soda Hello Mel,
It was wonderful meeting you yesterday, whether brief or not! Below is my contact information should you ever need it. I will have business cards along today to give to you so that you have that as well.
I went straight home yesterday and pulled your website up to check out everything Mel’s Charities. To say my eyes were dry at the end of your video would be an understatement. I feel very fortunate to be introduced to this wonderful organization, and that we have the opportunity to collaborate moving forward.
We will see you later this morning!

Mel’s supported our friends at Mequon Pizza Company while giving thanks to the Ascension ER Department. This special delivery was made possible by Krier Foods, Nicole Depies (far left) who provided Jolly Good Soda & Ansay & Associates, LLC Peter Clemency (far right) who's company made a donation as did the Jan Schanen family to make this all happen. We are grateful on so many levels.
Mel's, Wayne's Drive-In Ansay & Associates, LLC and Krier Foods made a very special delivery( 2 shifts) so the Aurora Medical Center in Grafton Environmental Services Deparment could enjoy delicious burgers, fries and Jolly Good soda.
We did this in honor & give thanks to one of our Ambassador's Aaron Gresch (pictured in red polo) a long time employee at Aurora who spreads much joy in the workplace & at Mel's Charities.
Mel's "Turned the Tables" to help support our friends at Juices Ghost Town In Grafton, WI and to say thank you to Aurora Medical Center in Grafton Food Services Department during these unprecedented times.
