Four Points Acupuncture
“Acupuncture and Massage for the heart
of the Peak to Peak”

Greetings and Happy Spring!
Snow? Mud? Sunshine? Green grass? It must be spring in the mountains.  It is nice to feel the warm sunshine again, in between the snow storms and wind.  This time of year is a big transition from the hibernation of winter to the blossoming of spring.  As the earth wakes up, so do our bodies preparation for a new season.  Sometimes, we need a little assistance to get our bodies moving and minds in motion.  Make sure to keep up on self care; get outside, move your body, eat some fresh greens, sleep a little extra.  I hope to see you soon in the office, and would love to help you ease your way into spring.

I CAN, you CAN!  I have been holding Community Acupuncture Night for over a year now.  I want to thank everyone that has come out for these evenings of relaxation and healing for your support.
Haven’t been yet? Come to the next one on 4/25! I will hold one more on the last Thursday in May before taking a summer break, so set some time aside for some free self care.
Community Acupuncture Night, Thursday April 25th- 5:30p-7:30p
All proceeds to Wild Bear Nature Center

Four Points Acupuncture and Hub Ned are happy to host this monthly night to support health and community!  Held the last Thursday of every month, this event is free to the community, with an encouraged donation or pay what you can.   All proceeds from the event go to support a local non profit in the Peak to Peak region.  We have successfully supported organizations such as Wild Bear Nature Center, The Lovin’ Cup Community Kitchen, and the Nederland Farmers Market.  To learn more, visit our Facebook page here.  Stay on the look out for updates and news about this event! I look forward to seeing you at the next one!
Nothing says spring like dandelions!  Along with being a beautiful splash of color, these wonderful plants are nutritions and delicious.  There are so many ways to include them in your meals to give your body a great springtime boost.  Dandelions are high in vitamin A, C, K, B2, iron, and calcium.  This makes a great addition to your diet to help your body transition from the colder to warmer months.  These greens can be sautéed, eaten raw in a salad, or even made into a pesto!  Check out the recipes for each method and find your favorite.  As always, make sure your greens come from a clean area that has not been sprayed with chemicals or is otherwise contaminated, know your source!
I love referrals! Refer a new patient for massage or acupuncture and you both receive $10.00 off your next appointment.  Click here to schedule online!
