Along the international highway link between Belgium and France, this new building is a landmark of the Renson company. Between two floating discs, with a length of 380 m, this representative 'linemark' offers spaces for product exhibition, training, R&D, offices, and production for the company’s 'Outdoor living' department. This long billboard facade is translated into 5 themes with the glass showroom as an externalization of the showroom event, a sloping aluminium abstraction of a forest, a vertical garden, a tree trunk facade, and a dynamic set of large-scale shutters. From the E17, the showroom and offices offer a very good visibility as these levels are elevated from ground. The showroom extends towards the head of the building and there it intertwines with the landscape. In this indoor and outdoor showroom, Renson Outdoor Living products won’t be displayed 'on their own' but in several scenes combined with other high-quality outdoor products such as garden furniture, Jacuzzis, outdoor kitchens, garden lighting etc. This immerses visitors into a dream world where all elements in the garden are coordinated into a total experience. This collaborative project goes by the name of NOA.
