Raise Your Voice to Raise Blood Clot Awareness

March is Blood Clot Awareness Month, or BCAM, and an opportunity to share life-saving information about dangerous blood clots on a broad scale. It also provides an opportunity for you to lend your voice to these efforts and make a difference, by helping to increase public awareness about blood clots. Join NBCA this March and Raise Your Voice to Raise Blood Clot Awareness

We are excited to reveal our new social media sharing initiative Share to Stop the Clot®.  Sign up in just three simple steps and start sharing the life-saving information that matters most. When you join this free program, you will receive exclusive access to NBCA’s social media content, and be among the first people to receive email alerts about new content to share stemming from NBCA’s new programs and services.

During BCAM 2018, and in connection with our Stop the Clot, Spread the Word™ campaign, NBCA, in collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, is sharing information across the country about blood clots, including a feature article appearing in newspapers and online media sites nationwide and a radio spot being broadcast in major media markets throughout the country. Read more from CDC about this program and its results here.

We also will be posting to social media throughout the month to highlight important information that people need to know about blood clots, so make sure you are connected with us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest. Join NBCA this March and Raise Your Voice to Raise Blood Clot Awareness.

BCAM carves out a special place for conversations that can raise awareness about blood clots, and in turn produce life-saving results. Join NBCA and Raise Your Voice to Raise Blood Clot Awareness.
