Summer Reading for All Ages!

Join us this summer as we read and explore beyond the beaten path. We have reading challenges and programs for all ages. You can find information on all things summer here! Once again we are using Beanstack to track our reading program, you can sign up here or download the free Beanstack App
Summer Programming Highlight: 
Nature Journaling
Adults 16+ are invited to join us and learn the practice of recording the surroundings, feelings and observations inspired by nature! Each session we will explore our town's unique surroundings and set out to capture it in our journals. Each participant will receive a starter nature journal kit. This program compliment our friends at the 7 Rivers Festival. Space is limited!  Email Anna-Therese to reserve your spot. 

Mondays June 27, July 11, July 25, Aug 1, Aug 15, Aug 29 @ 1:30 p.m. in the Pavilion. This is an ongoing class.

Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center 
We are excited to have the Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center present a series of nature and science programs for children in grades 2-5 this summer.  Space is limited, registration required. Email Ms. Stephanie to reserve your spot.

Children's Storywalk
Check out a new storywalk on Friday, June 2! We've selected In the Small, Small Pond, by Denise Fleming to help kick off the 7 Rivers Festival, which runs June 25 & 26. Find a special dragonfly craft on the library porch, in front of the double doors.
