May Closing
On Monday, May 31, the Louttit Library will be closed in observance of Memorial Day. Stock up on all your books, movies, and other items on Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m!

Children's Programming
Zoom Storytime
Storytime with Ms. Stephanie on Zoom will continue through the end of May. The weekly sessions begin at 10:30 a.m. and are geared towards children ages 2-6, families welcome. Please email Ms. Stephanie to register and receive the Zoom link.
Book Clubs
Are your children looking to meet other kids their age in a fun virtual environment? The Louttit Library offers five different virtual book clubs every month. Sign up for a book club to enjoy a copy of the selected book, entertaining discussions, and a special craft. Each book club meets on Zoom. Contact Ms. Stephanie to register.

Let's listen to Ms. Stephanie read a new storytime book!
First Chapter Read Alouds
Middle grade readers (grades 3-7): looking for a new book recommendation from Ms. Stephanie? Our children's librarian has a book for you. Listen as Ms. Stephanie reads the first chapter of The Comeback: A Figure Skating Novel by E. L. Shen. CLICK HERE TO PUT THE BOOK ON HOLD.
 
Children's Take-Home Kits
Thursday Crafts
Every Thursday, Ms. Stephanie also puts together simple and creative arts and craft projects ready to be assembled at home. The crafts go fast and are given out on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Take-Home Storytime
Stop by to grab a Take-Home Storytime bundle from Ms. Stephanie. Each kit usually includes books, song sheets, puzzles, booklets, and crafts. 
Children's Storywalk
There's a new Storywalk out back! On the next sunny day, head out to the trail behind the library and keep an eye out for the pages on display from Lola Plants a Garden by Anna McQuinn.

Find a trail map and a special craft on the library porch, in front of the double doors.
