Student Picture Retakes - Please see details below.

Dear Soaring Heights Families,

It has been terrific to see the students in our school again. As our Administrative team visits classrooms, there is an overwhelming sense of joy and engagement with the students, teachers and staff.

We have parent teacher conferences coming up, so please make sure to sign up for a time to discuss your child's progress. After meeting with your child’s teacher(s), you should have a good understanding of your child’s strengths along with some areas for improvement. It is important to continue to establish clear goals, to focus on for the remainder of the year.  We are very proud of our students' successes and hope to carry our current momentum to help students achieve their learning goals.

Nominations for teachers are currently open, please take the time to nominate a teacher that you feel who has gone above and beyond to support your child. This recognition means a lot to our teachers. Thank you in advance for your support.

A few reminders to note:
Please review the drop off and pick up video and additional details below. To ensure the safety for all, we ask that all cars enter the school pick up/drop off line using the turn lane off County Rd. 5. Please refrain from entering the bus loop and using the parking lot as a drop off and pick up area. When weather allows, walking, biking or riding scooters to school will decrease the car line traffic. As much as we enjoy seeing families furry pets at school, we ask all families to kindly keep their pet at home.

We are thrilled to welcome a new Elementary School to the Erie Feeder in the fall of 2021. Elementary 28 will be located within the Erie Highlands Subdivision neighborhood and was made possible through community support in passing the 2016 bond measure. To read more, click here
Your continued support and partnership is extremely important and appreciated. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions, concerns or comments. Soaring Heights will be closed on Monday, January 18th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We hope you have a wonderful three day weekend.

Best wishes,
Cyrus Weinberger
