Virtual Parent Teacher Conferences
Dear Soaring Heights Families,

As January draws to a close we continue to be so appreciative of your partnership this school year. Just a few reminders to help support the safety and health of our students, staff and community. Please review the Safe with 7 guidelines posted below.

Also, as a friendly reminder please review the traffic procedures that need to be followed for both drop off and pick up. It is very important that the Exit lane is not to be used to enter the campus and that cones are not removed or changed. We thank you for your patience, understanding and support.

Virtual conferences are scheduled for February 2, 4 and 9. Click here to sign up in Meet the Teacher.

Lost and Found pictures have been updated, please see below. It is important that all student items are labeled with student’s first and last names. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We hope you have a wonderful weekend.

Best wishes,
Cyrus Weinberger, Meghan Quirk & Josh Drozdowski

Important Drive Line Reminders

We appreciate your help and support as we work to smooth out our pick-up and drop-off procedures.  We have had some near accidents on County Road 5 and as result have created some new procedures in consultation with local law enforcement and our SVVSD safety manager.  Please use the procedures below along with the attached map to review the safest route for entering the school.

  • Cars may enter the Soaring Heights campus through the designated turn lane only (do not use the main northbound through lane to turn into the school)

  • Access outside of the turn lane will be coned off

  • Kindergarten and preschool parents may merge into the second lane in the roundabout to access the kindergarten/preschool parking lot after entering campus

  • Be extra careful when making a left at the intersection of Colliers Pkwy and County Road 5 as this is a major crossing for our students

Thank you for following these procedures.  Please remember to place a sign with student name and teacher on your windshield.  Parents may also use the high school bus loop to park after 8:00 am and after 3:00 pm.

Please take a moment to review this visual to help understand how the Drive Line works when dropping off and picking up students at Soaring Heights.
