This workshop dives deep into the ways biases affect company culture and the importance of all individuals working to affect positive change within their organization - no matter what position they hold.

Join us as we go through an interactive process to identify biases, understand our own individual impact on company culture, and identify how to best utilize our roles at work to reframe biases and create more inclusive workplaces.
