Valley Catholic is fortunate to be supported by a generous community of winemakers. Here's a toast to this year's wine sponsors who share the fruit of their vines at our annual event:

Beacon Hill Winery is owned and operated by VCES parents Carla Rodriguez and George Hillberry. Their winery and guest houses offer stunning views, special occasion venues and a warm welcome to all who visit. Many thanks to the Rodriguez-Hillberry family for their support! Salud!

Jesse Estate Vineyards was established in 2009 by Mary '82 and Alan Jesse when their first vines were planted. The Jesse’s wine has appeared on sponsor tables and the wall of wine for several years. Their daughters Anna '11 and Katharine '14 are Valiant alumnae as well.  We are incredibly thankful for this VCS legacy family. Sláinte!

Tom and Melinda Melillo's family winery, Olea Vineyards, is contributing their pinot noir to this year's sponsor wine. As parents of VCS alumni and current students, we are happy to have them on board. Proost!

Siltstone Wines was established in 2000 by the Joel and Louise Myers family and have provided tremendous support to the Sisters and VCS Gala for many years. They offer pinot noir, pinot gris and chardonnay varietals, all grown in the Willamette Valley. Cheers!

These fantastic experiences will be available for bidding as part of our online auction:

  • Back by popular demand, A Taste of the Valley returns, thanks to the generosity of the Tom and Melinda Melillo family and Olea Vineyards. This highly curated dinner with wine pairings for twelve is one of our most popular wine events.
  • Mary '82 and Alan Jesse will host you and your friends for a themed wine tasting and tour at their Forest Hills Farm. Enjoy an educational walk and talk with Vineyard Manager Nick Konen ‘12.  More details to come!
