Thank you so much for attending COCO’s quarantine check-in and sound bath. It was inspiring to hear about how we’re all taking care of ourselves and persevering through this difficult year. We hope that you found space to relax and enjoy Yaara’s incredible, soothing sound bath, in whatever form relaxation was best for you.
A recording of the sound bath is available on YouTube, for you to rewatch and utilize at your leisure. We also have a few resources to share with you to facilitate your continued self-care. We hope that you can utilize them to continue taking care of yourselves.
