Please read this essential information carefully!

We know tomorrow will have a huge turnout of artists eager to meet with hiring managers from the area's top studios. We want to help you make the most of this incredible opportunity for connections.

  1. Submit your stuff: If you haven't already, make sure you fill out this form with your crew position, resume, reel, and LinkedIn ASAP. We will be sharing all of this information with the attending employers before the event—some of whom may want to schedule interviews before the event starts.
  2. Do your research: Familiarize yourself with the companies attending and prioritize who you want to meet. See confirmed companies and immediate hiring needs here.
  3. Practice your pitch: Why are you the person these companies want? Now get that point across in about 30 seconds. Here are some tips from Hubspot.
  4. Come prepared: Bring lots of business cards! You might also consider bringing some printed resumes or a tablet you can show your work on.
  5. Dress to Impress: Yes this is Portland, yes you are creative people. But every hiring manager takes note of appearance. We suggest business casual attire.
