Leaf collection program begins November 9


Rogue Disposal's Leaf Collection program begins November 9 and runs through December 31. If you live in the Medford city limits, Rogue Disposal and Recycling will pick up your bagged leaves at no charge to you.

Use heavy-duty 33-gallon bags (the kind you find at any grocery, warehouse or home improvement store) to bag your leaves and take them to the curb. Then they'll take care of the rest. Service details and collection dates.

New Medford recreation facility to be named "Rogue Credit Union Community Complex"


City officials recently announced Rogue Credit Union accepted a $2.145 million offer for naming-rights opportunities for the Medford Sports and Events Complex.

Proceeds from the naming-rights agreement offset annual facility maintenance costs and provide a free water safety class at the Complex for each fourth grader living in the Medford city limits on an annual basis.

Rental relief assistance available for Jackson County renters


Rental relief assistance is available to renters in Jackson County who have been affected by COVID-19.

Funding is provided to ACCESS through the federal CARES Act and Oregon Housing and Community Services by the state legislature through the Rental Relief Program.

Be aware of flood risks in your area


After a wildfire, communities are more vulnerable to flooding & debris flow. Prepare today and buy a flood insurance policy to help keep your property safe. Talk with a flood insurance agent to find a policy that's right for you. 

If you have questions about flood hazards, flood protection measures, or possible federal financial assistance, please contact the City's Planning Department at 541-774-2380 to discuss.

Wildfire Recovery Resources


Jackson County has created a website for official recovery information and is available at RogueValleyRebuilds.org. Aimed at those affected by the Ameda and Obenchain fires, the website brings together information from multiple organizations involved in the rebuilding effort.
