ShopperFest Recap

We had a great turnout in Grapevine, TX. Pictures can be viewed here. Check out what attendees had to say!

I loved every session I attended. I think each presenter was in their element and offered great insight into areas they were well-versed on.

I think this insight into the effects of mystery shops, as a training tool and even how evaluators might reveal themselves was invaluable.

Good opportunity to get to know people better…I sat with people I didn’t know and it was fun to interact without it being forced.

Call for Nominations for the Board of Directors

The Board is seeking additional members to join them in 2019. Members of the BOD are men and women of good character and experience who are respected members of the customer experience community and bring their skillset and influence to preserve and enhance MSPA and its mission. Specifically, the following minimum requirements must be met to review an application for potential nomination:

Must be an MSPA member in good standing.

Must be able to make a personal commitment of the time necessary to serve (approximately 3 hours/month minimum).

Must have the commitment of time, resources and support of their employer.

Must embody the ethical and professional standards of conduct our Association wishes to maintain.

Charles Stiles Interview
