This is a platform for you, the providers, to share and garner information from other providers. No shoppers have access to this benefit, so you can speak as freely as you deem necessary. Whatever you put into the forum, you will get back. You can check in once a month and reply to a message. Or you can watch each topic and receive notification of new posts and follow up with those.

MSPA Branding Reminder

You are a member of one of the most powerful and influential organizations in the customer experience industry. To capitalize on this and in support of the name change to the Mystery Shopping Professionals Association from the Mystery Shopping Providers Association, the Global Advisory Board has implemented new brand standards. All three MSPA organizations (Americas, Asia/Pacific and Europe/Africa) are asked to use the new brand standards to create a uniform look globally.

We know that some of you use the MSPA logo as a part of your auto signature and on your websites announcing your membership in the organization. Thank you for your support! May 25th is the implementation day for GDPR! The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) was designed to harmonize data privacy laws across Europe, to protect and empower all EU citizens data privacy and to reshape the way organizations across the region approach data privacy. The key articles of the GDPR, as well as information on its business impact, can be found here.
