The IRS recently announced adjustments for the dollar limits related to retirement and health savings accounts for the 2022 tax year.
  Account   2021   2022
  403(b) Deferral limit:    $19,500    $20,500
  403(b) Age 50+ Catch-Up Limits:     $  6,500   $  6,500
  HSA Self-only Coverage Contribution Limits:   $  3,600   $  3,650
  HSA Family Coverage Contribution Limits:      $  7,200   $  7,300 

If you would like to make changes to your contributions, complete the 403(b) Plan Election Form  and return to the Human Resources Department.
Upcoming Events
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) open enrollment for 2022 begins November 15, 2021.

This enrollment period is for contributions for the January 1, 2022 - December 31, 2022 plan year. Expect an email announcement later this week with more information.
Employee Commuter Survey

The mandatory Ventura County Commuter biennial survey for all staff, faculty, and student employees who work on the Thousand Oaks campus will be conducted this week!  Upon login, MyCLU will prompt you to follow the link to access the survey. The county uses the information submitted through the survey to collect data on how employees commute to work and also uses it as a resource for ridesharing for those who are interested. 
Staff Governance Open House

The staff governance committee has been working hard on drafting bylaws for the new staff governance structure. The committee is planning an open house for staff to view the draft bylaws and provide feedback. Expect an invitation for the open house in the coming weeks.
