Many of Hong Kong’s beaches remain scattered garbage after heavy rain and typhoon. The pollution problem becomes more and more serious, most garbage such as plastic, glass bottles, metal cans and food containers has caused the entire beach to be damaged. Last Monday 22 Feb 2023, our VRC volunteers Kelvin Delvin, Neil Roy Dunn, Holger Panzer, Jeronimo Nelson Sousa and staff from the VRC clubhouse who have participated in cleaning and reducing the garbage in the Whisky Beach. Thank you for their generosity and support for saving the beach environment.
