Phase 1: Access road works with temporary parking at camping area.

Phase 2: We have to close the access road to the club for 7-9 days.

The access road to the Emerald Bay Clubhouse will be renovated & upgraded. The work progress will commence 1 Nov 2022 to 19 Nov 2022 and be carried out in 2 phases.

(Phase 1)
Between 1 Nov 2022 to 10 Nov 2022 the car-park area and access road will be renovated.No vehicles will be allowed beyond the yellow hatched area and parking spaces will be closed temporarily. Temporary parking is available at the camp site area for VRC member’s vehicles with a VRC parking label only.

(Phase 2)
Between 11 Nov 2022 to 19 Nov 2022. due to the renovation of the main access road, no vehicles will be allowed access to the club car-parking area. We recommend that all member's vehicles use the public car parking facilities. The contractor will build a walking path for pedestrians to enter the club. The cafe operations will not be affected.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and support while we complete these necessary upgrades to our roadway.

翡翠灣會所將於2022年11月1日至19日期間進行道路提升工程。是次提升工程將分為
兩個階段:

(圖一)工程第一階段將於11月1日至10日進行(黃色範圍)。會所部份設施將受影響，停車場將會全面關閉；露營位置將會成為臨時停車場，車位先到先得，同時會所將暫停所有非會員或貴賓停泊，
敬請體諒。

(圖二)工程第二階段於11月11日至11月19日所有車輛都不能進入會所範圍，以免影響工程進度。會員可以將車輛停泊於會所以外的公眾停車場。會所部份設施將受影響。承建商將會搭建行人路給會員進出會所範圍。

不便之處，敬請原諒。

All VRC members are required to present their VRC membership card when applying to use or visiting the reciprocal facilities at Club Lusitano and Club de Recreio. VRC members must abide by the regulations of that reciprocal club. The long-term agreements of the reciprocal clubs can be found via links from below:

所有VRC會員進入互惠會所，必須出示VRC有效的會員證。會員必須遵守互惠會所的守則以便使用該會所設施，有關告示請閲讀相關會所細則。

These items found abandoned at DWB will be disposed of or auctioned off if not claimed by COB 5pm November 1, 2022. Please also note that boats and crafts without identification stickers will now be locked to the rack space to prevent use until identified and tagged.

如果在2022年11月1日下午5時，這些遺棄物品還未認領，這些在深水灣會所被發現遺棄的物品將被處置或拍賣。另請注意，沒有識別貼紙的船隻將會被鎖在船架的空間以防止使用，直到被識別。

All private craft stored at the Club must have a club boat storage sticker showing on the rack and the boat with a membership number. If you do not have a Club boat sticker displayed on your boat, please contact the Club manager to collect the boat storage sticker. Please also note that boat spaces cannot be sub-lease or used to store boats of non-members. Failure to follow this rule may result in your space being forfeited and reissued to those on the waiting list.

If a member has not put an ID storage sticker on their craft, the Club management reserves the right to confiscate and dispose of the boats. Thank you for your cooperation.

存放在會所的船隻必須在機架和及船隻上顯示會所發出的船隻停泊貼紙。如果您的船沒有貼上會所存放船隻停泊貼紙, 請聯繫會所經理領取。請注意，船位不能轉租或用於存放非會員的船隻。會員違規可能會導致您的船隻存放空間被沒收並重新分配給等候名單上的會員。

如果會員沒有在船上顯示會所發出的船隻停泊貼紙，會所管理層將有權沒收和處置該船隻。謝謝各會員合作!
