In my experience, achieving big goals and creating significant change in your life requires at least some level of discomfort. You just can't avoid it.
But here's the good news: You can learn to lean in to the discomfort and be resilient in the face of it.
And here's even BETTER news! I'm going to help!
Each month I'm going to present you with a challenge based on my own experiences of getting a little (or a lot) uncomfortable in order to change, learn and grow. Each challenge is designed to force you to take a step (even just a baby step) outside your comfort zone.

Why "showing up" is important: Every accomplishment starts with a decision to show up. It could be a first music lesson, or a first visit to a support group, or a first date.
It's been said, "Eighty percent of success is just showing up." For you pessimists out there, that logic offers no guarantees. But think of it this way, the chance of success is ZERO percent if you don't even try.
