New mineral data for the Northeast, mapping greenhouse gas emissions, project updates... and much more!

Geoscience BC is off to a busy start in 2018! I am pleased to share a few highlights with you in this update and thank you for the constructive feedback to build our 2018-2022 Strategic Plan. Input was received through an online survey, telephone interviews and focus group meetings held around the province. Your ideas also shape our annual management and scientific project plans. Along with the Strategic Plan we are updating our Constitution and Bylaws and expect to publish both in April 2018. On behalf of the Board and staff of Geoscience BC, I wish you a very healthy spring ahead!
