Help Needed for Annual Sessions
The Quarterly Gathering Committee is looking for help with youth and children’s programming at Yearly Meeting Sessions, June 12-14. All volunteers with the youth and children must pass a background check. We need four individuals – two men and two women to be chaperones for the teen bunkhouses. These chaperones will be responsible for staying in the bunkhouses with the youth at night as well as volunteering some with the youth during the day. They will receive free room and board.
Another person is needed to plan a program for the children ages 10–12. This person may receive financial compensation, depending on need.
If you are interested in any of these positions or have questions, please contact Meg Rice at gathering(at)scymf.org or Rachel Hampton at registrar(at)scymf.org.
